| New Accounts / Online Ordering |
| Accounts are set up by using our online account application. Please be aware that it takes approximately 48 hours to process new accounts. |

| Upon approval, we will email your log-in and password which will give you access to pricing, online ordering capabilities and downloadable pdfs of our catalogs. JHB must have your state resale tax license number prior to any orders being placed. The states of New Hampshire, Montana, and Oregon are exempt from this rule. |

| Special Notes to Maunfacturers and Retailers |
| Manufacturers: Samples may be available prior to purchase by contacting our Customer Service Department. Special pricing is available for orders of 5 gross or more of one style and may require a 6-8 week lead time. Licensing stipulations prevent us from selling our Beatrix Potter products to manufacturers. |

| Shipping Information |
| Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Customers requesting Fed Ex shipping must supply their Fed Ex account number. |

| Priority mail may be requested, however liability for lost and/or delayed shipments is the sole responsibility of the customer. A signature is required for all USPS Priority shipments as proof of delivery. |

| Product Returns |
| Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns must have written authorization from JHB International, Inc. prior to the return. |

| NOTE: A 15% re-stocking fee applies to authorized returns of merchandise ordered incorrectly. |
