For Manufacturers
A completed Manufacturer’s Questionnaire must accompany your first order. Samples are available prior to purchase by contacting our Customer Service department. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 5 gross or more of one style and may require a 6-8 week lead time.
SPECIAL NOTE: Licensing stipulations prevent us from selling our Beatrix Potter and Paddington Bear products to manufacturers.

JHB International has sales representatives to assist you with product and merchandising decisions. Please contact our Customer Service Department for your sales representative contact information. We have a variety of complimentary display fixtures and customized assortments.

Net 30 days with approved credit application, Visa and MasterCard, PayPal (for online orders only), COD, or prepayment of cash or check.
All orders FOB Denver, Colorado.
Unless you are located in Montana, Oregon or New Hampshire, we require a copy of your tax resale license.

Shipping Information
Orders totaling $50.00 or more or are for quantities of one gross (144 pieces) or more will be shipped via UPS.
Priority mail may be requested, however liability for lost and/or delayed shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 
 
 
Product Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns must have written authorization from JHB International, Inc. prior to the return.
NOTE: A 15% re-stocking fee applies to authorized returns of merchandise ordered incorrectly.
